Are these genuine parts?
All items sold on this website are genuine Games Workshop components removed from brand‑new, sealed Games Workshop kits.
These components are sold outside of their original packaging, therefore they should be considered resold goods, though they remain unused and in new condition.
We do not sell any recast or 3D printed parts.
Rivos Games is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop.
When will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Monday-Friday).
How long will delivery take?
We use Royal Mail for all our shipping.
UK Deliveries usually take 1-3 days.
International Deliveries usually 2-4 weeks.
What is your returns policy?
We offer 60 day returns.
We will happily refund any items sent back to us in original condition within 60 days of arrival.
How often do you restock?
We have restocks most days and aim to restock most sets every 3-4 weeks.
